Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
5-10+years of experience
Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering roles within the construction materials industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
