Job Title:
Real Estate Agent/Broker - Secondary Market
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate in the United Arab Emirates.
- Expertise in regions including Palm Jumeirah, Blue Waters, Marina JBR, Dubai South/Dubai Land.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate listings and obtain owner's documents (Form E).
2. Upload all listings to marketing portals in collaboration with the marketing admin.
3. Advertise and promote listings utilizing special technologies, programs, knowledge, and skills in cooperation with marketing.
Note: This position offers commission-based compensation without a basic salary. For the first three months, with negotiable earning potential of 3,000-5,000 AED. Salary deductions may apply later on.
