Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing client relationships, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating sales and leases of properties. The Real Estate Broker will also be responsible for preparing and executing contracts and agreements, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

  • Brokerage, Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in managing complex transactions and dealing with legal and technical aspects of real estate sales and leases
  • Experience in the real estate market in Dubai is a plus
