Job Description:

As the Head Florist Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of floral design within our company. Your creative vision and leadership will be essential in producing stunning floral arrangements that meet our clients' expectations. You will manage a team of florists, providing guidance, training, and inspiration to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in sourcing flowers and materials, designing floral displays for various occasions, and maintaining inventory levels. Your role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for floral design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of florists, providing direction, feedback, and training as needed.

2. Develop creative concepts and designs for floral arrangements, ensuring they meet clients' specifications and company standards.

3. Oversee the production process, from selecting and purchasing flowers to arranging and delivering them to clients.

4. Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock of floral supplies, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote floral services and generate business leads.

6. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral design area, including workstations and storage facilities.

7. Stay updated on current trends and techniques in floral design, attending workshops or training sessions as necessary.

8. Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and order customization requests in a professional and friendly manner.

9. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in floral design, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Strong creative skills and a demonstrated ability to create visually appealing floral arrangements.

- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and floral design techniques.

- Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- A positive attitude and a passion for floral design, coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients.

Salary Range: AED 4000-6000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
