Our client based in UAE is looking for Analyst Compensation & Rewards staff for its firm.He is responsible for
undertake all duties related to payroll, compensation & benefits administration for employees, Implement
the employee performance management and rewards initiatives and processes, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of the annual performance review cycle across all functions to support the achievement of HR
operational excellence and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
General Responsibilities
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Support the management in implementation of Human Capital Department policies, procedures and controls
covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled
while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Continuous Improvement
Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes
and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies, and quality
standards.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Total Rewards Management
Contribute to the development of the total rewards framework and strategic rewards initiatives to attract and retain
high calibre talent.
Support the Manager's Talent Development & Rewards on the presentation’s development related to reward
strategy.
Participate in the recommendation of changes to compensation policies, enhancing existing compensation and
benefits programs based on current trend analysis and global policy direction to maintain the eligibility, coverage,
and applicability of the remuneration framework policies.
Benchmark employee compensation and benefits with relevant competitors in the market and best practice to
ensure external competitiveness of rewards.
Participate in the review of annual salary processes and ensure that all salary planning guidelines and pay policies
are updated and communicated with the designated parties.
Provide analytical support for the review of employees’ benefits, salaries, eligibilities for promotions on annual
basis to ensure fair alignment and consistency across the workforce.
Accountable for the administration of UAE & GCC Pension, Handle employee pensions periodical activities such
as registration, monthly contributions, cancelations, updates employee information’s.
Handle employee medical insurance in terms of issuance, cancellations, register the invoices , contract renewal.
Assist line manager in proceeding the yearly salary increment, bonus and promotions
Accountable for accurate and timely payroll administration.
Administrate the performance management system in line with HR policies and procedures
Assist line manager in preparing and monitor the personnel budget
Maintain end of employment activities, such collect all documents related to leavers, seek the approvals, prepares
the initial end-of-service settlement, initiate and follow up Employee Release and Clearance Form.
Maintain Organization Chart and Job descriptions.
Manage employee allowance and benefits such Children's education, Delegation Allowance.
Maintain details of employee benefits in the HRMS to ensure that accurate and up-to-date records are kept and
that all changes to employees' benefits plans are reflected in the system
Maintain & recommend and enchantment in HR policy and procedures manual relating to employee benefits
Performance Management
Support the development, implementation, monitoring and upgrade of the Employee Performance Management
System across the Group thereby enabling the transparent and fair management, assessment, and reward
of employees’ performance.
Identify and make the necessary adjustments so that the performance management planning cycle is fully
integrated and aligned with the strategic planning cycle.
Implement appropriate monitoring mechanisms to assess progress and achievement of scorecard objectives.
Track and monitor the proper cascade and alignment of the HR Functional Performance objectives into the HR
function short-, medium- and long-term objectives within the Performance Scorecard framework and established
service levels.
Develop the details of the employee performance management cycle, process, timelines, scoring, and reporting to
support the implementation of the Performance Management System.
Define the system specifications and requirements of performance management.
Support the training and smooth implementation of the Performance Management System.
Develop the process for employee queries and handling of issues during the Performance Management process.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources focusing on Compensation, Employee Benefits and
Rewards.
Communicate with the Manager of Talent Development &Rewards to receive work direction and to discuss and
resolve Human Capital issues.
Communicate regularly with local and international suppliers to source and procure fixed assets for
Communicate regularly with the team to provide work directives and discuss and resolve issues
Communicate frequently with outsourced office services providers to ensure agreed levels of services are provided
and resolve any related issues
Communicate when required with all Adivisions and regional branches to provide Human Capital services
Communicate occasionally with external auditors to provide required information during company audits
Communicate regularly with the Internal Auditor to resolve compliance issues
