Job Description

  • Need to have 1 year as Sales Promoter experience
  • Demonstrate and offer consumers comprehensive and in-depth information on products. (e.g. Product features & specifications, Product Functionality…).
  • Understand customer needs & requirements to further guide them towards a more suitable product.
  • Address any questions/concerns customers might have regarding any of product.
  • Build a positive brand image around products with the intention to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide consumers with additional information in form of brochures, flyers, videos and charts to further enlighten their product-specific knowledge.  
  • Ensure in-store products display is tidy, well-stocked with the appropriate products and offers an attractive and complete display and POS materials.
  • Develop reports showcasing gathered insights on customers’ needs & requirements and the list of questions/concerns posed by customers for further self-reflection later on.
