Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Specialist with a strong background in IT or software sales, specifically with experience and familiarity with IBM products. The ideal candidate will have an IBM certificate and a proven track record of success in selling IBM products and solutions. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IBM products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Develop and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to IBM products
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and achievements
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT or software sales, specifically with IBM products
- IBM certificate is required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IBM products and solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus
