Job Description

  • خبرة في النشاط والعقاري والتجاري
  • خبرة بالعمل على البرامج المحاسبية ومايكروسوفت أوفيس
  • خبرة بإعداد القوائم الماليه
  • خبرة لا تقل عن ١٠ سنوات كحد أدنى لرئيس الحسابات
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كحد ادني للمحاسب
  • خبرة بعمل التسويات الماليه الشهرية
  • خبرة بضريبة القيمة المضافة
  • لدية إلمام باللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة
  • يستطيع العمل بالغتين العربية والإنجليزية
  • خبرة بالتعامل مع البنوك والصندوق
  • خبرة بالتعامل مع كافة أقسام العقارات


Skills

  • Experienced in Real Estate and commercial Sector .
  • Experienced in Accounting programs & Microsoft Office & Internet .
  • Familiar wth Financial Statements .
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Chief accountant .
  • At least 5 years of experience as an accountant .
  • Experience in preparing monthly Financial Settlements .
  • Vat Experience .
  • Can handle both Arabic and English language .
  • Experience in cash and banking transactions .
  • Can dealing all situations concerned all Real Estate departments .
  • Only Candidate with all terms above can apply .
