Job Description

  • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs.
  • Perform daily inspections on rides, attractions, elevators and disassembles motors and their controls.
  • Work on computer controlled equipment.
  • Fill out inspection and work order forms and cleans ride areas.
  • Use, store and dispose paint, oil, solvents and other chemicals.
  • Use micrometer, calipers, volt ohmmeters and other precise measuring devices.
  • Maintain and repair gears, gearboxes and gear motors.
  • Work with PLC programmable controllers.
  • Disassemble and overhaul hydraulic power units, accumulators, and associated.
  • Work with low voltage electrical systems.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Comprehensive understanding of retail operations management, encompassing inventory control, sales strategies, and customer service excellence tailored to entertainment environments.

Proficiency in merchandising principles and product presentation techniques to enhance the appeal of retail displays and optimize sales performance.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, staff, and guests, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.

Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and implement targeted strategies for revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

Job Experience

Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
