Job Description

Arkan Al-Kuwait Real Estate company in Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis reports to support decision-making, The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data and create financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
  2. Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
  4. Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted financial results.
  5. Provide support in the development of financial strategies and plans, including capital budgeting and investment decisions.
  6. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations activities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information for special projects and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  2. Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  4. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  5. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
