Job Description

As a Senior Front End Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our front-end team, bringing your expertise in React, React Native, and Next.js to the table. With 3-5 years of front-end development experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role, you'll spearhead the creation of responsive designs, ensure seamless integration with backend systems, and optimize our platforms for peak performance.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with expert knowledge of React, React Native, and Next.js.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of front-end developers.
  • Proficient in modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team with patience and effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

 

Responsibilitie

  • Develop and maintain visually appealing, responsive front-end interfaces for our various tech platforms.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional and reusable code while maintaining design integrity.
  • Seamlessly integrate front-end UIs with backend services and APIs.
  • Lead the front-end team in rigorous testing and debugging, ensuring a flawless user experience.
  • Coordinate with backend developers on API services and data protocols for efficient system interactions.
  • Remain informed on front-end development trends, adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs, influencing the direction of feature development.
  • Optimize front-end performance for improved load times and user engagement.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of front-end team members.
  • Foster a culture of quality by conducting thorough code reviews and adhering to coding standards.
