   Job Summary:

   · Work with the entity recruiting / HR teams to drive the HR risk and compliance agenda for India GU

   · Drive effective implementation of programs and projects to bring the required impact on HR compliance.

   · Identify existing / potential risks and link Process, Technology and People to mitigate / eliminate the risks

   · Ensure the stakeholders are informed, integrated and enabled. Act as the SME to the HR and HRSS teams, applying deep expertise and knowledge on HR policies and processes.

   · Be the point of contact from India HR to work with global team in implementing GDPR controls for India HR assets.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Partner with Recruiting, HR and HRSS teams to drive HR compliance (Background check, P-File, Exit, Rebadging, Service Agreements etc)

   • Conduct process reviews and risk assessment to proactively identify risks and gaps in the HR processes and work with the concerned teams to mitigate risks.

   • Support standard management reporting processes and metrics        

   • Coordinate with HRSS team, Info Sec team, risk & compliance team and HR team to enable HR data during external certification audits and statutory audits.

   • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to develop solutions and identify potential challenges. Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date.

   • Manage point in time projects on a need basis
