Job Description

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with Technology and Retail stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and communicate the needs with the TA team.
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive proper orientation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, specifically related to the Fintech industry, and apply them to enhance HR strategies and programs.
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs for employees.
  • Responsible for End-to-end management for all people-related issues with the assistance of the different HR “Center of Expertise”
  • Act as the main focal point for employees and provide them with guidance and support on HR-related matters.
