Job Description

  • Prepare presentation materials for buildings (2D & 3D renders).
  • Conduct and develop Architectural designs and presentations.
  • Prepare Architectural drawings for various types of residential buildings as well as commercial and leisure facilities and Master planning.
  • Participate in preparing calculations for initial Architectural area analysis for Projects.
  • Review construction documents and drawings to ensure the design criteria and requirements are met throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate project details.
  • Review client modifications to ensure each project's overall design standards follow the company's policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct area analysis and contract data forms to accelerate the process of client modifications efficiently.
  • Set a list of guidelines and optimum design requirements to act as a guidebook for future designs to maintain standardization.
  • Offer flexible varieties in design to adapt to different scenarios and applications.
