We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our organization. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance our technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.

Support on IT Devices Deployment like PC, Laptop, Mobile Device, Printers, Scanner
Setup the PC, Laptop, Movile Device, Printers, Scanner for new users
Support on Network Devices like switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless, Controller and Wireless Access Points.
Support on Software and Application Installation.
L1 Support on CCTV system and coordinate with service provide for next level support
L1 Support on weighbridge system and coordinate with vendor for the next level support
Support on the IT procurement process
Support on maintaining IT asset and inventory details.
On site visit for minimum 2 days or maximum 3 days per week
Half-yearly health check up and providing reports and recommendations
Ability to initiate new project deployments
Coordinate with vendors for any third party system
Maintaining the incident details in the helpdesk system
