  1. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
  3. Assist the independent auditor in conducting an annual evaluation of company records.
  4. Handle monthly closings.
  5. Follow standard business and finance protocols to disclose the organization's financial reports regularly.
  6. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  7. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  8. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings and conduct research.
  9. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
