My client is leading FMCG multinational based out of Oman. looking for Sales capability Executive

Job Purpose

Executing ORC Frontline Development Agenda through coordinating, organizing and execution of training schedule. Ensure proper roll-out and sustain the implementation of ATU

Key Responsibilities overview

• Conduct a monthly ATU health checks and making sure TDSs are on the right track in terms of ATU.
• Delivering training to the existing front liners and new joiners as per the training plan.
• Specify sales opportunity and gaps through conducting ongoing market audits and share report with SCM
• Ensure implementation of the ATU, Sales Capability Agenda and market execution initiatives (CDA Compliance, Racks placement, POPs etc)
