In liaison with the authors, review school publications, recommend modifications, place finally amended and approved versions in the appropriate computer folders, and liaise with the company about production.
To develop appropriate network folders and files to store internally produced school publications.
To liaise with the members of the Senior Management Team to ensure that websites reflect the latest marketing initiatives.
To liaise with the company to ensure that technical aspects of the website are maintained.
To support the succession management policy of the school by ensuring that handbooks are kept up to date on policies and procedures.
To ensure that the competencies of behavior management; communication, understanding of the business, results focus, customer service, personal effectiveness, leadership, and teamwork are put into practice as part of work performance.
To collate suitable materials for use in the marketing of the Divisions of the company.
To promote the company through the effective use of social media. To prepare articles and press releases for traditional media (newspapers, magazines, quarterly, radio, etc.)
To liaise with the Media team in preparing promotional materials such as roll-ups, banners, and flyers for use at corporate events.
To take a creative role in advising producers of events with regard to the promotion of the company. Examples include but are not limited to, MS PowerPoint presentations accompanying speeches.
To work with the MAC Manager regarding external events such as exhibitions that are held off-campus
