Job Description:
 



  • Develop and lead proper execution of Supply Chain planning strategies to reach optimal operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs.
  • Oversees material capacity, reviews material usage, and supplier management.
  • Create and construct all purchasing and warehouse processes and documentation cycle.
  • Optimize warehouse functions and warehouse processes.
  • Working with procurement team and buyers to select products that are in demand and will sell.
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements.
  • Planning the best way to get goods from suppliers to distribution centers and retailers
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.
  • Tracking shipments and stock levels using SAP system.
  • Looking at ways to improve supply chain networks
  • Monitoring overall performance to make sure targets are met.
  • Preparing forecasts and inventories, ensuring stores have enough stock.
  • training and managing a team of supply chain staff.
  • Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
  • Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure the lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries

 

Job Requirements:


 



  • Proven record as Supply Chain Manager.
  • Prior experience in FMCG , Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical  
  • Have practical experience in operations, planning, inventory control, and purchasing.
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Has good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Very good computer skills.
  • SAP Experience
