Job Description

  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Ensure availability of stock by maintaining inventories.
  • Maintain record and issuance of job order and submission of the same to accounts department after completion.
  • Maintain store area in good condition.
  • Keep proper records of all the stock issued and returned in real time.
  • Carry out monthly inventory every month.
  • Inspect the Quantity of goods and match it with as per on invoice.
  • Maintain finished goods sheet with GRN from production supervisor.
  • Issuing raw materials to production as per job order.
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.

Requirements
  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in FMCG manufacturing is required. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately.
