Rectification of Fire Pumps – Basement 4 1.FIRE ELECTRIC MOTOR RECTIFICATION – Qty 01
Fire electric motor rectification with replacement of motor bearings, Circle clips, grease seal, revarnishing and heating. Dismantling the motor, replacing necessary materials, reassembling the motor and testing charges.

FIRE ELECTRIC MOTOR RECTIFICATION – Qty 01 winding value- rewinding the electric motor)

FIRE ELECTRIC PUMP OVERHAULING – Qty 01 Fire electric pump overhauling including,
Replacement of mechanical seal
Replacement of pump Gaskets.
Replacement Pump main O' rings.
Replacement of pump bearings along with grease seal and rectify the cover sleeves.
Replacement of Rusty nuts & bolts.
Polishing the impeller and shaft along with required machining work. Polishing the pump top and bottom case. Pump dismantling, above parts replacement, assembling, alignment, and testing charges.

ELECTRIC PUMP CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT (TORNATECH 250HP) – Qty 01 Electric pump controller replacement works includes existing damaged controller removal and fix with new, programming, calibration and testing charges.
5.
FIRE DIESEL ENGINE OVERHAULING (6 CYLINDER) – Qty 01 -Engine Block and heat exchanger Cooling Line Chemical Pressure Cleaning -Servicing of heat exchanger -Servicing of crankshaft with required lathe work -Engine head pressure testing -replacement of valve seals -replacement of head gasket -replacement of piston rings -replacement of oil filter -replacement of fuel filter -replacement of air filter -replacement of engine oil and coolant -servicing the water pump -servicing the oil pump and sump -servicing the starter motor (2 no's, 12VDC) -Calibration of fuel pump & servicing injectors (6nos). Dismantling the engine, replacing the necessary parts, reassembling the engine and testing charges.

FIRE DIESEL PUMP OVERHAULING – Qty 01 Fire diesel pump overhauling including,
Replacement of gland ropes.
Replacement of pump Gaskets.
Replacement Pump main O' rings.
Replacement of Drive end & non drive end bearings along with grease seal and rectify the cover sleeves.
Replacement of Rusty nuts & bolts.
Replacement of damaged lantern ring.
Polishing the impeller and shaft along with required machining work.
Polishing the pump top and bottom case. Pump dismantling, above parts replacement, assembling, alignment, and testing charges.
7.
DIESEL PUMP CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT (TORNATECH 12 V) – Qty 01 Fire diesel pump controller replacement works includes, existing damaged controller removal and fix with new, programming, calibration and testing charges.
8.
FIRE JOCKEY MOTOR RECTIFICATION – Qty 01 Fire Jockey motor rectification with replacement of motor bearings, Circle clips, grease seal, revarnishing and heating. Dismantling the motor, replacing necessary materials, reassembling the motor and testing charges.
9.
FIRE JOCKEY PUMP RECTIFICATION – Qty 01 Fire Jockey pump rectification with rectification of pump base, mechanical seal, O-rings, impeller rectification Shaft polishing with required lathe works. Assembling the pump with necessary materials, coupling the pump with motor and testing charges.
10.
JOCKEY PUMP CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT (EVERTECH UL LISTED) – Qty 01 Jockey pump controller removal, fix with new, programming, calibration and testing charges.
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
