Job Description

The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This includes marketing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the real estate process. The agent will also be responsible for staying updated on local real estate market trends and regulations. Strong communication skills, customer service, and knowledge of the real estate market are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Market properties through various channels.

• Conduct property viewings and answer client inquiries.

• Negotiate deals and prepare sales/purchase agreements.

• Guide clients through the real estate process.

• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent.

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with strong sales abilities.


Experience:

• Preferably Fresh Graduate.
