Quality Engineer (HVAC) - Dubai Others Job Description
Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality. This involves communication and coordination with various departments to address quality issues effectively. Introduce and implement quality tools within the plant to streamline processes and improve product quality. Identify the root causes of technical issues affecting product quality and recommend appropriate solutions to address them. This involves thorough analysis and investigation of underlying factors contributing to quality issues. Regularly analyze the quality performance of suppliers and identify recurring errors. Develop and implement corrective actions to address supplier-related quality issues. Conduct supplier audits in Dubai and India to ensure compliance with quality standards. Inspect materials delivered by suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This involves thorough examination and testing of materials to verify their suitability for use in production. Collaborate with headquarters to develop and implement quality plans for products and materials. Ensure alignment with organizational quality objectives and ISO 9001 standards. Conduct final inspections and tests on products to verify conformance to quality standards before they are released to customers. Perform on-site audits of products to assess their quality and identify areas for improvement. This involves evaluating production processes, product quality, and adherence to quality standards. Maintain a thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standards and ensure compliance throughout the organization. Provide regular reports to headquarters in Poland regarding quality performance, issues, and initiatives.
Work Experience in Quality Role: Previous experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing company, demonstrating familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
Experience in Quality Audits: Proven experience in conducting quality audits, including the ability to assess processes, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Practical Knowledge of Quality Tools: Proficiency in using quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and others to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data sets and organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
English Language Proficiency: Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international stakeholders& suppliers,
Higher Technical Education: Possession of a higher technical education degree, preferably in a field relevant to manufacturing or quality assurance, along with a solid understanding of technical documentation related to processes and products.*
Readiness for Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for business trips, including international travel, to conduct supplier audits, attend meetings, and support quality initiatives as required.
