Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, Waffles, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
Collaborate with other pastry chefs to improve the preparation of dishes, and assist them in their daily responsibilities.
Understanding the customer requirements and demands, and preparing dishes accordingly to expand the existing menu.
Frequently monitoring the ingredients stock to detect requirements and place orders ensuring the expenses are within the company budget.

Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.).
Experience in developing pastries, cakes and related items in a professional setting.
A skilled pastry chef capable of utilizing the appropriate ingredients according to the preparation.
Proven experience in handling food sanitation in the kitchen and ensuring that all bakery items are prepared according to the standard regulations.
