As an Oracle ERP Consultant at BlackStone eIT, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse Oracle ERP projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements within the HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and FMS (Financial Management System) modules of Oracle ERP.
- Analyze and map client requirements to Oracle ERP functionalities and configurations.
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle ERP modules according to client specifications.
- Conduct system testing and manage defects to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and maintaining their Oracle ERP solutions.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
