Job Description

• Implementing disbursement requests received from the Community Development Authority regarding the funds of minors and the like according to approved procedures.• Implementing procedures for receiving disbursement requests for minors and the like and registering them in the approved system.• Preparing monthly follow-up statements after inventorying and counting the minor’s assets, in coordination with the Minors’ Assets and Estates Department.• Linking daily collections to minors’ assets in the system in coordination with the Minors’ Assets and Estates Department.• Preparing lists of supplies for minors and their equivalents and delivering supplies for adults.• Preparing and executing disbursement requests and delivering supplies for the amount.• Adherence to information security systems, policies, processes and programmes.• Performing any other tasks related to the work of the department or as directed by the Department Director.


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration -accounting.•  Bachelor’s degree does not require experience.• The diploma requires 5 years of experience in the financial field.
