Learning And Development Manager

One of our clients (a government entity) is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their organization in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Development Planning: Create and manage customized development plans for specific employee populations, aligning them with HR activities and organizational goals.

2. Systems Administration: Act as a systems administrator, primarily for Oracle LMS, and potentially QReview, the performance management system. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and maintaining all courses for the year 2024, enabling instructor access to update attendance and materials, generating, and tracking evaluation forms, creating learning journeys, and assigning mandatory courses for current and new employees.

3. Journey Management: Once development plans are established, ensure their seamless integration into Oracle LMS. Monitor the progress of development journeys, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

4. External Learning Platforms: Oversee access provisioning and reporting for external learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Coursera (eventually) for new and existing employees.

5. Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and reports, with meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks.
