Executive Admin is responsible for providing support to the Executives,
particularly the Operations Manager, in ensuring smooth and efficient
day-to-day operations.They act as a
critical communication link between Executives and internal/external
stakeholders and are entrusted with handling sensitive information and
coordinating various administrative tasks.
Work Overview
Acting as the administrative point of contact between
the Executives and team members or internal/external clients.
Provide
comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling
meetings, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate
and facilitate communication within the Company, ensuring timely dissemination
of information.
Prepare
reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the Executives.
Assist in
the organization and execution of team meetings, workshops, and events.
Handle
travel arrangements and accommodation for the Executives and other team
members as needed.
Manage and
maintain confidential information with discretion.
Collaborate
with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor
and ensure the timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
Coordinate
and manage all aspects of employee visa requirements, including applications,
renewals, and cancellations.
Performs other duties within the scope of the role to
support the organization's goals.
RequirementsPrerequisites
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or
similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to details
