Job Description

NEW JOB - We're HIRING!UAE NATIONALHR/ADMIN (TRAINEE or GRAD) DUBAI, for Medical/Health-Tech clients based in Dubai Financial Centre area of Dubai.

As aUAE National HR/Admin Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients human resources and administrative functions. This position is specifically designed for UAE nationals with Family Book, who are passionate about contributing to the growth of the health tech industry.


Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:



    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. HR Policies and Procedures:



    • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to HR, ensuring compliance.
    • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  3. Employee Relations:



    • Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
    • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  4. Training and Development:



    • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
  5. Administrative Support:



    • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining office files.
    • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  6. Learning and Growth:



    • Take advantage of learning opportunities within the organization, including mentorship programs and cross-functional exposure.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the health tech industry and its unique challenges.
Qualifications
  • UAE National: This position is exclusively open to UAE citizens.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for Technology: Interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
