Job Description



Having Illustration capabilities to create mood boards or storyboarding is preferred to support the expanding demands of the Entertainment Creative and Events departments in Shared Services. The primary need is a conceptual graphics artist with expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, and Vector Works. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals. Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately. Work independently and guide the junior team cooperatively on multiple projects with Entertainment (primarily) & Marketing team, meeting deadlines and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects. To develop creative solutions that are in line with the brand value proposition, reflect the core values and ensure consistency with the brand guidelines, delivering on time, are cost effective and innovative. Advise on the printing and production of creative and review the printing proofs to ensure quality of production in line with the brand standards (Work and liaise with external creative agencies and vendors where applicable. To advise on the production process of creative solutions, including advising production specifications and reviewing material for quality assurance. On occasions assists on Entertainment activities. Concept and Creation of Events visuals & Mockups. Willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays and flexible on additional hours. Ideation of innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions including new concepts, activation ideas and digital rich media in line with the latest design techniques. Performs other miscellaneous support functions as required. Maintains strong communication and collaboration & Leadership skills. Support and oversee all MKT business requests in accordance with business requirements.
Job Desirable:
Degree Educated Experience with developing creative solutions for regional or global brands Worked in the UAE or GCC countries in a marketing environment Worked in theme parks, attractions, or entertainment venues Demonstrate license/licensor experience working with global brands/Ips 3D software knowledge (Sketch, Revit, AutoCAD) Fluent Arabic speaker and Writer
Job Essentials:
Professional qualification in Graphic Design Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design experience in a busy, dynamic office. Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work. Expert in Adobe Design Software’s ( Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Adobe After Effects) Able to multi-task Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful, pro-active, and innovative thinker Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Excellent communicator Solid attention to detail & Deep organizational skills
The Entertainment Creative Manager will use their past live entertainment experience in both creating and maintaining show content as well as sourcing, securing, and developing talent for both ongoing entertainment venues as well as special events. The Entertainment Creative Manager works with the team as an active participant in achieving artistic goals, ensuring consistent quality, sharing knowledge with the team, leading and supporting production and execution of shows/events while maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace, guaranteeing high standards in the delivery of all offerings and preserving production and execution values across the parks. The Events and Production Manager supports the execution and delivery of new projects, supports with events at assigned properties and events; is responsible for planning and executing production of new shows and developments, seasonal and special events; and provides support across daily entertainment offerings as needed.
