Job Description

  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and other related errands
  • Organize office operations and procedures:
  1. Maintains reception area
  2. Maintains pantry area
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, if necessary
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinates flight, hotel bookings, airport transfers/pick up
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, landlord and other office related contractors. Coordinates with Vendors for:
  1. Stamp and other office related requirements
  2. Printed materials like signage, wall sticker, stamp sticker
  3. Office stationeries
  4. Hardware supplies
  • Maintenance & Cleaning Services - for office facility management:
  1. Contacts DSO Cleaning team
  2. Contacts DSO Facilities Management Team
  • Manages the HQ office Door access – registers Employees and system update
  • Assists on visa applications from other countries – Schengen, USA, etc.
  • Manages clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks
