Job Description

P.I. Works is the first company in the world to automate the management of a commercial 5G network.


Our automated network management products and services empower Mobile Operators to accelerate network transformation and to drive network quality and efficiency on the path to 5G. These solutions have been deployed across 68 mobile network operators in 48 countries. 


As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals with key players in the telecom sector.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Execute sales strategies aligning with sales management team to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with stakeholders in mobile network operators, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they meet the client's needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales management team and company process.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop new products and strategies that meet market needs.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the telecommunications sector.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer, Electric or Electronic Engineering fields.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry or related technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Time management, efficiency, the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Excellent command of Turkish and English.
  • Preferably speaking French or Spanish.
