Position Summary

• Audits: Planning and realizing suppliers' audit plans and monitoring and accelerating the implementation of development plans.
• SPDP: Determining and operating the necessary SPDP tools in solving related problems
• Sample Approvals (PPAP; PPF; ..): Examine and evaluate suppliers' products and production processes according to requirements
• Mentoring to suppliers in APQP activities: Evaluation and approval of suppliers' process flowcharts, Process FMEA and control plans. Establishing and following up product and process development time plans and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Program review with suppliers and coordination with other procurement and engineering functions when necessary. Monitoring, improving and reporting supplier performance
• Capacity verification (R @ R): Planning, performing and calculating the supplier capacity verification (Run at Rate)
• Supplier contact: Contact person for APQP activities of designated suppliers
• Project support: Supporting project teams in customer audits and reviews. Participation in in-house project review meetings
• Quality Complaints: Supporting Plant for quality problems created by suppliers in mass production conditions (performing process audits, evaluation of 8D and 5 Reasons reports, mentoring in quality improvement workshops)
• Special tasks: to take active roles in Six Sigma, Shainin, procedure development, support of internal and external audits
• Policies and procedures: Compliance with Aptiv company policies and procedures such as EOS, Environmental Management and Internal Audit

Your Background

• Engineering education (Industrial and Mechanical Engineering)
• Statistics knowledge
• At least 3 years of Industrial Engineering, production, quality or project management experience.
• Quality knowledge.
• Production, quality and engineering process knowledge
• Analytical ability to identify quality problem solving techniques
• Oral and written communication skills
• Motivating and facilitating personality traits in group management.
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Require limited instruction from the manager to prioritize the future
• Advanced computer knowledge (especially Microsoft Office)
