A Solution Engineer Associate must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers is a top priority.

Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services


  • Develop a foundational understanding the customers’ businesses, with a goal of knowing exactly which of our solutions and products can help them evolve their business
  • Collect the technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans
  • Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
  • Conduct captivating demos and POCs
  • Assist in conducting scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations

Assist in implementing solutions for new and existing customers


  • Deliver comprehensive and precise technical documentation
  • Configure and implement Infobip solutions to meet customer’s business requirements
  • Conduct training and solution enablement sessions for customers and document with meeting minutes summaries.

Contribute to internal initiatives and focus on continuous development


  • Document solutions and best practices and share them within the department (e.g. through active participation in the Community of Practice)
  • Get familiar with local and vertical requirements and trends.
  • Learn to have a comprehensive understanding of Infobip's products and solutions, both technically and commercially, staying updated on changes and upgrades. 


More about you: 


  • You have one year of experience in same or similar roles
  • A degree in Engineering or a technical background
  • You have great communication skills
  • You’re looking for a high-growth challenge in a global IT company
  • You take a proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs)
  • You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence
  • You speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike, and have a great command of the English and Turkish language

  • You prefer a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
