Job Description
- Working as a UCC Virtual Team Member & Regional Service Partner (Unified Communication technologies: AVAYA, MS Teams, etc.)
- Will be a responsible Call center technical topic
- Will be a responsible for Infrastructure (Server rooms, network cabinets, wireless connectivity)
- Working as a Local Network Partner
- Managing IT Projects so project management certification and agile know-how is preferred
- Will be a Roll-out coordinator
- Will be a responsible for IT Fleet Managing the process for IT device planning & deployment
Qualifications
- Graduated from university degree in relevant fields
- Project Management (preferably PMP skills) is preferred
- Nice to have Cisco CCNA or relevant program knowledge
- Having know-how in Cloud and Microsoft technologies
- Having ITIL knowledge
- Willing to learn and take responsibilities in IT
- Fluent English & Turkish language skills
- Having good negotiation & communication skills
