The primary objective of the HR intern internship is to engage in a CSR project aimed at enabling the company to make meaningful contributions to the community and bolster its reputation beyond its primary business activities.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on best practices in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and industry trends. Analyze relevant policies, standards, and regulations related to CSR to inform company initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of CSR programs, including projects related to environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, business ethics, etc. Contribute to data collection and analysis to assess the impact of CSR initiatives and prepare periodic reports. Assist in organizing internal and external events to raise awareness about CSR and encourage engagement with stakeholders. Aid in evaluating the progress and outcomes of CSR initiatives by collecting data, analyzing performance, and identifying improvement opportunities. Perform any other administrative tasks necessary to support the company's CSR activities.
Required skills
Strong research abilities to explore and understand best practices in CSR and industry trends. Knowledge of sustainability, diversity and inclusion, business ethics, and social impact principles. Analytical skills to assess policies, standards, and regulations pertinent to CSR initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders. Data collection and analysis capabilities to evaluate the impact of CSR programs. Event planning and coordination skills to organize internal and external CSR awareness events.
