Utilize CAD/CAM software to program Turret Punching Machines efficiently and accurately.
Set up machines with the appropriate tools, materials, and programming parameters for each job.
Optimize programs to maximize machine efficiency, minimize scrap, and reduce cycle times.
Inspect parts during production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot programming issues and make adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of programs, setups, and tooling changes.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming, particularly with Turret Punching Machines.
Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software for programming Turret Punching Machines.
Solid understanding of machine operations and programming principles.
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in programming and production.
Ability to troubleshoot programming issues and optimize processes.
ITI certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Below 35 years old.
