Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to gather information and understand complex technical concepts.
• Write and edit technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, API documentation, and developer guides.
• Organize and structure information to create easy-to-understand and user-friendly documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established documentation standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical writing and incorporate them into the documentation process.
• Participate in documentation review and feedback processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve documentation quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to enhance user experience through intuitive and informative documentation.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation, establishing version control and accessibility for team members.
