Job Description
Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Project Duration: 1 year, subject to extension.
Years of Experience: 10+ years.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Scope: The scope of this project encompasses the implementation, integration, and migration of a Loan Management System (LMS) primarily utilizing Temenos Transact AA T24. It involves comprehensive analysis, system architecture design, development, testing, rollout, and post-launch support.
Detailed Activities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of the Temenos system to meet specific loan management needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Review the overall technical strategy and framework of the Bank.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, including SRS, LLD, integration guide, specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Review test plans to ensure thorough testing of the Temenos loan management solution.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions and fixes.
- Work closely with the project management team to provide progress updates, mitigate risks, and propose solutions.
- Participate in all technical and functional sessions.
- Support data migration to ensure a smooth transition from the legacy system to Temenos.
- Review deliverables and communicate with vendors and stakeholders for clarification.
- Actively engage in vendor-provided training for effective knowledge transfer.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Deep understanding of Temenos modules.
- Excellent experience in Temenos Transact AA T24 implementation, integration, and migration projects.
- Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking.
- Significant experience in customizing and configuring loan management systems within the Temenos environment.
- Good knowledge of the Temenos integration framework for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Proven experience in integration and migration projects.
- Solid understanding of banking processes, particularly in loan creation, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
