Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules for anime production using project management software. Coordinate with anime producers, directors, and artists to align project objectives and deliverables. Monitor the progress of anime productions, identify any deviations from the schedule, and take corrective actions as needed. Analyze production data, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of anime projects. Prepare reports and presentations on project status and performance for internal stakeholders and clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in anime production and project planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in the anime industry. Proficiency in using project management software. A deep passion for anime and understanding of the anime production process. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and creative environment.* Prior experience in anime production or related fields is highly desirable.
