Job Description
Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corrosion Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Corrosion Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in corrosion control for our clients in the oil and gas industry. You will play a key role in developing and implementing corrosion management strategies, conducting inspections and assessments, and recommending and implementing effective corrosion mitigation measures.
If selected for this position, you will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets in challenging environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corrosion control projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement corrosion management plans and strategies
- Conduct corrosion inspections and assessments to identify risks and vulnerabilities
- Recommend and implement effective corrosion control measures, including design modifications and materials selection
- Monitor and evaluate corrosion rates and trends, implementing appropriate preventive and mitigation actions
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations related to corrosion issues
- Prepare technical reports and documentation, including corrosion control procedures and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address corrosion-related challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
