The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

As a senior construction manager, you will be fundamental to the successful delivery and performance of our supply partners. You will work with a dynamic team and need to use all your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment to deliver excellence for our client. You’ll need to have:

• A degree qualification.

  
  

• Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent), or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

  
  

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  
  

• The ability and desire to work in Saudi Arabia

  
  

• The ability to adapt and be resilient in a rapid and changeable program.

  
  

• Extensive experience of large-scale infrastructure, ideally including earthworks and highway works.

  
  

• The personality to work in a collaborative and integrated environment, with multiple teams and nationalities.

  
  

You’ll also have:

• Ideally experience across contractor and client environments.

  
  

• Construction management expertise.  

  
  

• Developing commercial and financial acumen.  

  
  

• Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.  

  
  

• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.  

  
  

• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
