Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing backend systems to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding platform. You will mentor junior developers, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend systems using best practices and design patterns.
• Lead the implementation of complex features and functionalities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on software design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in backend development, with expertise in at least one backend framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js).
• Proficiency in database design and optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
