QUALITY AND TESTING ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Conduct manual and automated testing across different platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Identify, isolate, and document defects using bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Design and implement automated testing solutions to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure testability of features and functionalities.
• Perform regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve testing processes and product quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and findings in clear and concise reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 3 plus years of experience in Quality and Testing 
• Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies, 
• Experience in testing AI applications such as chatbots
• Proficiency in the benchmarks used to test AI applications. 
• Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins). 
• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry and AIP and related testing infrastructure and features is a plus.
