PALANTIR FOUNDRY TRAINER

Responsibilities:

• Develop training materials and curriculum for Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms, including user guides, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, catering to diverse audiences including technical and non-technical users.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs to address specific requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to platform usage.
• Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms, incorporating new insights into training materials and sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously refining and improving training programs.
• Develop and maintain a repository of training resources and documentation for easy access by users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms, including configuration, customization, and usage.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a technical or software environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to tailor training materials and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
• Knowledge of best practices for knowledge transfer and adult learning principles.
