- Cisco Background:
- Background and familiarity with Cisco systems and networking technologies.
- Previous experience working with Cisco products and solutions is highly desirable.
- Budget Management:
- Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Provide crucial support in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operational processes.
- Communication:
- Facilitate clear communication within the operations team and with other departments.
- SAP Management:
- Utilize SAP software for operational tasks, including data entry, tracking, and reporting.

- Cisco System Support:
- Support operational tasks related to Cisco systems and networking technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address operational challenges.
- Budget Oversight:
- Manage and monitor operational expenses within the assigned budget of SAR 10,000.
- Provide regular reports on budget status and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues.
