Job Description

1 - Managing all the work teams included in the branches according to an organized plan with specific goals and a periodic timetable agreed upon with the General Director.

2 - Develop an accurate operational plan with specific objectives and a time plan for it, and begin implementing it and updating it periodically to serve the interest of the work, with the need for this plan to be formulated and presented to the General Director periodically, whether the basic plan or the periodic amendment to it, with the need to present the results of its implementation and what has been achieved from it. 3 - Study the current and future employment situation in terms of (job need, job evaluation, rate and reasons for job turnover, ) in direct coordination with the Human Resources Department, which contributes mainly to the process of raising the level of performance and exploiting all available human potential to achieve the company’s goals.

4 - Coordinating with the Human Resources Department periodically regarding employee leave processes and identifying alternatives to ensure achieving the highest degree of work continuity without interruption.

5 - Study the risk indicators initially for the entire staff in terms of (feeling or noticing changes in one of the employees that may result in his desire to leave work or move career) and direct coordination with the Human Resources Department in order to identify the causes and prevent job leakage as much as possible. 6 - Conduct studies on the market situation and competitors periodically in order to identify the points that are an element of strong competition between our company and competitors in order to keep pace with continuous development and reduce the competitor’s advancement over us in the labor market.

7 - Preparing periodic reports for all the work team mentioning the problems, shortcomings, obstacles and challenges that include each of them, whether branch managers, reception staff, warehouse official or maintenance official, in order to study and develop solutions to such problems, provided that these reports are on a (weekly) or (weekly) basis. fortnightly)

8 - Responsible for ensuring the completion of daily work by branch managers, including providing materials and logistical services in the branch

9 - Responsible for following up and monitoring the repair of essential faults within the branch and submitting appropriate reports if any defect is found

10 - Develop, implement and supervise the operations of the job training program that will be prepared by the Human Resources Department and obligate whoever is responsible to record the results resulting from this process.

11 - Responsible for all approval of administrative requests submitted by all branch employees and their managers, provided that the approval is in accordance with the goal and plan of its operation, based on which the applications are approved by acceptance or rejection.

12 - Providing visions and consultations regarding operating processes at public administration meetings, discussing them, and determining methods for implementing them and an implementation plan with their timetable.

13- Participate with the financial department when conducting the schedule study for future expansion operations and present its outlook and vision as operating manager.

14 - Supervising and confirming the implementation of violations tables and job rewards, and coordinating this with branch managers and human resources management in a strong and organized manner.

15 - Updating the current work system and developing it regularly according to the market situation and competitors

16 - He will be responsible for maintaining and implementing security and safety requirements within all branches and submitting periodic reports to the Purchasing Department when there are some expired security and safety tools.

17 - Follow up with the Human Resources Department and other concerned departments to ensure that all licenses (municipality, health certificates, and any other government documents) are renewed and not expired, and to notify them of their expiration no less than a month ago.
