–Manage IT Development (software
applications / infrastructure) projects, ensuring they are on track from a
technical delivery, time, quality and budget perspectives
–Develop IT services that provide
sustainable value to the business at the speed of business
–Design, assemble, test and transition
technologies required to enable services
–Ensure that the transitioned services
have been developed to meet Operational and Service Level Requirements
–Plan and oversee the successful
roll-out of IT service changes
–Identify and capture IT demand from the
business stakeholders, in close collaboration with Business Relationship
Management.
–Conduct business analysis as to detail
business requirements into functional specifications
–Leverage functional specifications to
identify and match IT products with potential vendors.
–Collect feedback from business on
prioritization of services in development
–Manage the provision of level-3 support
for IT services, in consultation with IT Operations department
–Work closely with the Cyber Security
Division to ensure that systems and services are secure and compliant with the
relevant security standards and regulations
–Implement security measures and
protocols during development work with close coordination with Cyber Security
–Collaborate with the Cyber Security
Division to test and validate the security of their systems and services
–Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software
Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of
related experience
–Master’s degree in Computer
Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
–Prior experience of (6+ years) in a managerial
or supervisory role
