Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Process Automation Specialist, with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.Position OverviewAs an IT Process Automation Specialist at JODAYN, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives through the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, you will collaborate closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design tailored solutions, and implement automated workflows to streamline IT processes.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize your expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement innovative solutions that align with business needs and objectives.Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations, from concept to completion, customized to meet the specific requirements of our clients.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-level architectural solutions and supporting models.Design and develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications, automate business processes, and improve operational efficiency.Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.Provide consultation to clients on enterprise IT architecture, service-oriented architecture, and software application architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate future needs and drive continuous improvement of our ServiceNow solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of its modules and capabilities.Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, including ITSM, GRC, and BCM.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred but not required.Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.Why Join UsAt JODAYN, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a meaningful impact.
