About SDA (Saudi Digital Academy)



In partnership with SDA, Simplilearn has launched a series of 5 bootcamps in AI , DevOps, Java, .Net & Product management with an aim to provide pathways for Saudi students to develop the skills required to access emerging job opportunities within the expanding IT domain.
Founded in 2019 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Saudi Digital Academy (SDA) is the initiative of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to empower the local youth with digital capabilities in the field of modern and advanced technologies and prepare them for the Saudi vision 2030.

Requirements



Job Description:
As an Intern - On-Site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new learners and enhancing their overall journey throughout the course.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting welcome calls to new learners to facilitate their smooth onboarding process Moderating classes by assisting Trainers and Learners in troubleshooting any administrative issues Driving engagement during the first week to familiarize yourself with the learners Assisting learners with assignment and project evaluation, managing demo classes, and providing project mentoring. Serving as a consultant for course and content-related queries or clarifications. Program managing and providing support throughout the learners course journey. Assisting learners in completing their courses within the specified timelines. Improving the overall learning experience by capturing feedback at various touchpoints and sharing it with relevant teams.

Desired Skills & Experience:



Excellent communication in Arabic and English (verbal and written) with a strong problem-solving ability. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Comfortable addressing a group of learners with ease. Willingness to work in rotational shifts with a rotational week off. Prior experience in the e-learning industry would be an added advantage. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets would be desirable. Skills aligned with one or more of our current bootcamp offerings (DataScience , AI, Cyber, Cloud, Data Science/Analytics, UI/UX) would be a plus.

Benefits



Important Terms of Contractual Internship:
Please note that this will be a contractual position for 3 months.
The compensation will be b/w SAR 250 per working day. Job Location: Client site deputation in Riyadh Work timings: 9 am - 5 pm KSA Work week: Sunday to Thursday Tentative contract period: 1st May Onwards (12 weeks) We need full commitment from the candidate for this 12 week period. Weekly off - Friday & Saturday Personal leave - It will be unpaid. Other holidays will also be unpaid.
We will offer the candidate a certificate of internship on successful completion of the 12 week Teaching Assistant assignment.
